How Do "Call to Action" Links Help?
"Call to Action" links are clickable buttons in your email newsletter that provide you with powerful business intelligence and make it easy for your readers to reach out to you. All of the following is reported in your WEEKLY REPORTS.
Here are some examples
"Click to request a call" - When your readers click on this button in the newsletter, your office (whoever you assign) will receive an email alert letting you know that one of your readers wants to talk to you. You can also have these alerts delivered by text message to your cell phone or to your assistant's cell phone.
"Schedule a Meeting" - When your readers click on this button in the newsletter, your office (whoever you assign) will receive an email alert letting you know that one of your readers wants to schedule a meeting. You can also have these alerts delivered by text message to your cell phone or to your assistant's cell phone.
"Add a Friend" - This button allows your readers to add people to your subscriber base so that you can constantly increase your marketing and educational reach. Of course to make sure you are perceived professionally, all people nominated through the "add a friend" button will receive an opt in email from you before they are added to your list.
"Email Us" - this button provides the same functionality as hitting reply. But it provides another reminder to your clients and prospects that you are ready to help them.
"Change Preferences" - This gives your readers the flexibility to adopt the newsletter to their needs. They can choose how often they receive communications from you based on their needs.
"Click Here for our Web Site" This button will take readers to your web site (you do have a web site don't you?) As part of your comprehensive weekly report, you will know not just how many people clicked through to your web sight, but also who clicked to your web site.
"Read More" - This button takes your reader to the full article. You will know how many and who clicked on this link. The article will also have a call me button so that readers who are interested in the article after a full reading can easily let you know that they would like to talk about it. Of course the click delivers an instant alert to you or your office so that you can act on it right away while the reader still has interest.
"Survey" - This section helps you (and us) to understand, in general, what readers want.
In addition, the survey allows you to know which people are interested in which topics. This can be very powerful. Suppose you have 7 people who want to know more about Medicaid planning. You could host a small meeting and invite just these 7 people to your office for more information. Talk about target marketing.
All links and alerts show up in weekly reports. Click here to learn about how your unique weekly report can drive new business.
